How much will shipping cost?
It depends on the destination. We currently plan to ship from our office in Beaverton, Oregon USA. Based on our experience shipping our other products, we can make a rough estimate of shipping cost. These are just estimates. Shipping rates fluctuate and rates to destinations vary. Fortunately, it is not a large or heavy package. Shipping within the USA by USPS might cost $5 (west coast)-$16 (east coast). Shipping to Canada, Europe and popular destinations in Asia, for destinations that FedEx International Connect Plus services will be about $20-$35 USD. Parcels to Australia and New Zeeland typically go UPS for $40-50 USD. Does not include taxes, VAT or fees imposed by the destination Country.

Will I have to pay taxes, VAT or fees to import to my Country?
Most certainly, yes. Your countries taxes, VAT and fees are not included in the price if the pledge. Typically, the carrier will handle collecting fees on behalf of Customs. The carrier may include a handling fee. Otherwise, your countries Customs office may contact you to collect fees. Check with your Customs office website for how import fees are collected.

Does The NDLR Rev2 work the same as NDLR Rev1?
There are, or will be some differences you might notice. There are some adjustments being made to improve day to day use, but they are rather subtle for the most part.
The big difference is, if you have one of the first couple of NDLR batches, they had smooth turning encoders. To prevent accidental movement of the knob when pressing the encoder button, we switched to using detented (clicky) encoders. New NDLR’s and the Rev2 upgrade boards all have encoders with detents.

Who is eligible for the upgrade?
Only owners of original The NDLR (rev1) are eligible for the upgrade. Upon conclusion of the Backerkit campaign, you will receive a survey that will require information about your The NDLR.

Where is my upgrade kit?
All Backers who have completed the survey have already received their kit. If you have not completed the survey by April 12th, 2026 the order will be cancelled. Contact Conductive Labs using the contact link at conductivelabs.com for assistance.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
You must own a The NDLR rev1 to be eligible for the upgrade. Proof of ownership is required. We reserve the right to cancel pledges which are destined to Countries that we are forbidden to ship to. We may request an additional shipping fee for destinations that have an exceptionally high shipping cost (>$50 USD).
